As with almost all products we design, they’re made from actual need from our own personal experience. The OEM Nissan W brace is a sturdy unit but over time they cop a beating and they are very expensive to replace.

We have designed a direct replacement of the OEM unit that is strong but also lightweight by using a combination of multiple sheets with inner uprights and dimple dies throughout.

– Laser cut using multiple 2.0mm 4130 steel sheets, dimple died for added ridgidity, TIG welded and e-coated to ensure longevity
– Direct replacement of the OEM unit
